I have a great new way to avoid getting wristpain. The thing is that I spend a lot of time behind the computer and if I type too much in a short time I feel my wrists pretty badly. So now I have installed a new program on my computer that freezes the whole thing after a set amount of time and it doesn't release it before another set amount of time has passed. I programmed it to force me to stop for 5 minutes every hour and I must say, it pays off. I have much less troubles with my wrists now and I don't miss the 5 minutes per hour.
